Ephesians 2 is one of my favorite passages in the whole New Testament. We were dead, BUT GOD raised us to life! That is worth getting excited about.

But what does this life look like? Do you feel awkward asking to pray for someone? Do you help your neighbor but feel like you are alone and unequipped to deal with all the difficulties Cascade has to offer?

This site is meant to be a place where we can see LIFE in the body. It is a place to celebrate what God is doing. This comes with a warning. In Matthew 6 we are warned not to give for the wrong reason. In Matthew 5 however, Jesus tells us that we are to let our lights shine so people will see our good works and give glory to God! The balance in this comes from your heart. Don't post here to brag. Post here to give glory to God. Celebrate where God has given you extra to pass on. Celebrate where God gave you an opportunity to pray with someone.

Don't forget to visit together often to stir each other up to love and good works! Let's make the Christian life mainstream in Cascade by celebrating where it exists and reminding each other to continue in these efforts.
